It gives blacks the option.
They aren't forcing black students to go to that school.
Segregration is huge in Canadian school systems.
Every type of person can go to their own type of school in Canada...
I really think black people in toronto wanted it..
it's just JK to 5..
The problem I have with it is the SHOCK the kid might have leaving the all black school going into a school where black is the minority again..
