Well I too have some weight to lose and this sounds like fun. But as to the Atkins Diet, terrible idea, sure you burn off the fat quick but with risk of damaging your body. I know, I used to be a trainer. Before anyone tries it or for those who are doing it, check out this article
Risks of the Atkins Diet
There is just no logic in cutting out all carbs your body needs just to lose weight at a phenomenal rate. Most all quick weight loss is unhealthy and when you reach your goal and stop the diet, you are much more likely to gain that weight back just as fast plus extra.
Just wanted to give you guys some info, I'd like to see us all get healthy and fit but not at the risk causing possible damage.
