Sleep like an Insomniac
I used to have a friend with insomnia
~ he told me that the natural deep sleep cycle occurs in 3 hour increments. He said that if you only sleep for 3 hours you'll feel MORE rested than if you sleep for 5 hours. And if you sleep for 6 hours you'll feel more rested than if you sleep for 8.
I tried this out and sure enough it works perfectly! I set my alarm clock for either 3 hours or when I'm lucky for 6 hours. Never never never for 8 hours....I'll be dragging ass all day long...
Anybody sleep less than 3 hours a night?
