Black Label Ads is an Adult Internet Ad Marketplace that connects independent web publishers with thousands of advertisers. The company enables publishers to monetize their sites by offering an easy-to-use set of tools that handle all publishers' ad sales needs. Black Label Ads helps adult advertisers tap into highly targeted demographics among more than 10,000 high-performing web sites.
This is an inside sales position which is primarily responsible for managing an existing book of business of web publishers and advertisers to participate in the Black Label Ads advertising network. The position involves a high volume of client interaction identifying clients? advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in sales. You must be able to work independently, aggressively and in a timely manner. We are a startup with aggressive revenue goals.
Qualifications:
? Undergraduate degree
? 2-5 years of online sales experience with the desire to build a career in sales
? Experience in adult vertical is a large plus
? Knowledge and contacts of key players in the adult space
? Media or online experience strongly preferred
? Working knowledge of ad network technology
? Excellent communication skills ? telephone, written, and person to person relationship building skills are a must.
? Demonstrated ability to build sales messages, and generate and close sales.
? The ideal candidate will be tenacious in pursuing objectives and have demonstrated desire to grow sales skills and customer service skills
? Solid understanding of the Internet and current industry events
Responsibilities:
? Managing relationships with adult advertisers and publishers
? Set-up, execution and management of existing ad campaigns and publisher accounts
? Persuasively articulate Black Label Ad?s offerings, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients and prospects through email and over the phone
? Display a thorough understanding of assigned accounts' business needs and revenue potential.
? Participation in industry events and tradeshow
? Maintain effective, revenue-generating relationships with clients
? Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
? Display a thorough understanding of assigned accounts' business needs and revenue potential and advise clients on steps to maximize revenue potential
