yeah and now that I live in a sub-tropical climate and not southern california dry weather, I actually prefer the humid weather because you are not left as dehydrated like in the desert.
of course, you sweat more in the humidity and have to dress accordingly but in the end it is much healthier than dry heat. My skin has never felt better in my life, I figured out I was transplanted far from my roots in the desert.
