There is a HUGE difference. You can actually feel the weight of heavy humidity in hot air.

However IME, hot heat tends to last longer into the night. The moisture must leave with the sun because I have NEVER had a hot night in GA like some I've had in Vegas (and yes, I'm talking about the temperature/weather only!!!).

Still, once it hits 3 digits, I'm in water somewhere ;)
