Fuck the music industry's words. I've been using P2P for a while now, BUT I buy cds all the time. Right now I have just about 1000 cds in my collection, I would've had more if I didn't sell a pile of them on Ebay.

Anyways, with P2P, I'll hear a song on the radio that catches my attention, so I'll come home and download it, getting the song stuck in my head, so I'll go out and download a couple of other songs from the same artist, if they're good, I'll just go out and buy the cd, if the other songs suck, then I won't.

I know that in the years before P2P, I got burned on quite a few cds that had one song that sold me on buying the cd, then the rest of it sucked. I think that's part of the reason for more people using P2P, people get to listen to most of the cd to realize that it sucks, so they don't buy it.

I'm sure that there's a huge share of people that just download and burn the entire cds, but I'm not one of them, I keep buying here on my end. If it's something that's good, I want the original, fuck the burned copies.
