Maybe I'm missing something here, but surely TGPs don't actually have porn on them, they just have links to porn sites.
If linking to a porn site is to be deemed illegal, then it's not just TGP owners who will have a problem - any major search engine has more links to porn sites than all the TGPs combined I would think.
