I've used epass for a few years solid now, and I've only ever had one problem. They stopped their Full Tilt support. :/ Not sure why they didn't just make this a US customer only rule or something. Maybe impossible.

Anyways have nothing but good things to say. People expect too much. Look at what you wrote.

You're mad because you spent $30, didn't read the TOS, didn't call to ask, just assumed it was "instant". Then your guy who needs the $30 so badly to feed his family (aka pay his coke dealer) he tells you he can't wait.. 3 days. So then you're mad at epass for refusing to incur expenses on your account, that didn't exist yesterday, in order to keep a non-customer happy? huh?

They're a business too, and have rules. Fuck, my bank still holds my US checks for THIRTY days.. Even though I have more than 20x the deposit amount just sitting in the account!

It's called Risk Management.

Now you can do something called Damage Control, because you've just shown how you'll go apeshit over a few bucks and a standard policy, in front of the whole industry. Smooth.
