I met a 7 year old boy in our condo parking a few years ago that was talking to my daughter. I told him to quit riding his scooter in the streets he gonna get hit by a car. His reply to me was "I don't care if i die" needless to say i was a bit shocked so i asked him while he said that. His reply was "once i die i will go to heaven and be with god"
Now im not a emotional guy by any means but that about broke my heart hearing a 7 year old boy saying that with no regard with something as precious as life. I see it time and time again every time when someone is down on there luck for what ever reason they fall on religion.
