Nice job done. It really looks nice, clean and what is most important "surfer friendly".

Few suggestions:

1. I would add the site logo on the top left corner. Something that will be unique and will suit your site theme.

2. Videos also don't work for me.

3. You can add "rating feature" so you visitors can actually rate videos. You can post those "top-rated videos" in Hall of Fame.
