But you seem to be over-looking that even on those sites, they mention you have to prove something obscene by using the Miller Test.
As to how my case turned out, we settled, mostly because it was my wife and I on the site and we didn't want our names and family all over the newspapers. Otherwise, and especially if the case was filed in another jurisdiction, I'm pretty sure we would have won.
