google will scrape the target as the link and prob count it as duplicate content.
ie. if i make
www.coollink.com 302 to bangbros with my affil id , google will see it as on coollink.com but will count the page as duplicate content. If you are going to use specific domains just for forwarding you might wanna think about going blackhat so you can still use the pages for serp
lets say i have gfystuff.com and its a porn site and i want to have banners to bangbros but without the banners being counted as an outbound link i could make a redirect at gfystuff.com/bangbros and send the traffic there, but instead of using a 302 redirect setup a nice bangbros page then hide a javascript on it to redirect to bangbros if no referrer is set ( i.e. anything but googlebot etc will be redirected )
