It wouldn't suprise me... I seriously could see some huge indictment being handed down just like with the sites that were selling the glass pipes. See the thing is showing pornography online in some places could be viewed as violating federal obscenity laws.
All they have to do is have a federal grand jury take place in some bible belt area and they find all these sites to be in violation of the US obscenity laws and were all fucked. All it would take is a few sites to crumble under the pressure and it would set a precedent.
Dont think it couldnt happen? ask any federal lawyer familar with how these guys work
