You obviously have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to hosting and bandwidth prices. You should really stop posting before you embarrass yourself further.
I have no connection to the thread starter, but if you think $2000 for 100mbits is a "great deal" and you think that 95th percentile and burstable bandwidth aren't "real bandwidth offers" then you are in serious need of some hosting education.
