I agree 100%. How is this any different from cable descramblers? Aren't they legal to sell but illegal to use? And who the fuck is to say what the end user got it for. This shit is getting scary. And still so many people want to praise this shit like it is a good thing. Makes me cringe.
Also it says he plead guilty. Would he have won if he fought this? I would hope so. By pleading guilty the goverment has a new scare tactic to use on other sites. Very scary shit man.
