1) Why do webmasters reject 'bad' galleries?>
To make the surfers happy> leads to more hits> leads to more money.
2) Why do webmasters accept 'bad' paid gallery listings?>
To make the webmasters happy> leads to more paid listings> leads to more money.
Now I agree with you Tipsy, a webmaster with a brain would understand that bad paid listings will (on the short term) make him more money, but make him FAR LESS on the long term, because the surfers would stay away.
I guess the trick is to have a good balance with 1) and 2). But why they reject galleries with good advertising? Beats me, it's a paradox. They should add to their rules: No galleries that have a way too good selling potential!
