The reason I ask is that I'm about to sign up with
http://www.russiansubmitter.com and would need to know the bacic rules for TGP submissions. I understand that allot of people get pissed off because people add stupid rules so I want to avoid that by getting your opinion on what the basic rules should be.
As you know this is my first TGP page so I'm learning as I go along.
