I favor the passenger, he should not have been told to go in the bathroom for the remainder of the flight, first off, its not safe and doesn't follow safety regulations and they should be sued based on that alone. to top it all off, the guy was embarrassed cause he had to sit on the john for 4 hours witch i would find humiliating . if the airline wanted to spare themselves the trouble they should have told the "employee" witch was traveling on reduced fair for sure to sit back and let paying customers on and they can take the next flight out.... like it works in every other airline.
I hope this guy gets payed more then 2 mill, companies like this should be shut down.
Unless this is all bullshit and this never really happened..but to be told to go " Hang Out " in the bathroom is grounds for a lawsuit on its own.
