That's insane and some of the replies in this thread are insane.
He could of let him sit in the jump seat but he forced him to hold up in the tiny toilet. That's not safe and probably against company policy. I've been told to get out of the bathroom and take my seat when turbulence was expected.
He should win. If they put me in the bathroom I'd be like wtf too... Another reason jetBlue sucks donkey balls.
