I would agree that tubes are hurting some, perhaps many, paysites, but it's a similar scenario from 2001-02 where massive TGP and MGP content damaged members areas operating like it was still 1998.

Eventually the bar is raised by industry leaders so high that the stuff far below them becomes devalued. Nowadays it's the tube surfing experience, like it or not, that is the bottom rung. A lot of paysites are actually below the tubes now because they didn't stay on top of things over the years.
