Yeah maybe you made better experiences with them but this is our second downtime in 2 months and the second time that we are waiting several hours without a single update or response about whats going on. Twintone is online but not responding since 3 hours on ICQ and the support tickets are not answered either....
Thats what I call great support! We'll see what they will say about this later....
So no one else having problems right now with them?
