I'm afraid it is the business of anyone who links to this hair brained scheme of yours that the model is legal, IN THE STATE HE OR SHE RESIDES, and of legal age, using legal documents and the name of the lawyers you have advising you.
Sorry to piss on your scheme. My advice is you give a lot more details out than you have so far. This is something that could end up with people doing jail time or/and getting sued.
