I worked as S-1 NCOIC at battalion level, as well as working in S-1 at division level for a few years. Ive known hundreds of soldiers including officers, from many different units that collected porn on her computers in barracks and off post and its completly ok. We had to give a few guys article 15's for downloading on unit computers but thats about it. There is NO UCMJ regulation that has ever been on the books that involves computer porn files, especially as far back as 92.
