We, Photorama International, have taken HDV begin this year. HDV turned out to be a mess. The old management of HDV did not hand out content or goodies after payment. This of course very very fucked up and totally not the way Photorama operates or deals with customers. Photorama has decided from the start of this shit to send out the old orders or to refund the old customers in the best way possible.
Milo had contacted me 10 days ago concerning your situation but I forgot to follow up. Sorry for this fuck up. Nothing to blame on him. I am contacting you right now to see how we can solve it!
