Of course they filed for bankruptcy on the verge of getting hit with a huge fine. The people at Torrent Spy were morally bankrupt to start with, and then they scuttled their operation financially in an effort to avoid any accountability for their illegal activity.

I hope that the MPAA hounds the principals for the rest of their lives - thieves and scammers deserve no quarter in my book...
