DONT EVER DO SUCH A THING.
Dont search for your name / domain name in godaddy or anyother registrar.
Use a neutral whois service such as iwhois.com to do all your whois lookups.
The only time you should ever do a search for a domain at a registrar level is when ur ready to buy it right there on the spot.
