On general adult traffic it seems to convert about 1:10 from email submission to actual purchase, on first visits. A lot of these guys come back the next day (or when they aren't broke) and place the order then. Judging by your traffic, you're due for a few this period.
At least the new data gives you a clearer picture of what your traffic is doing on our program.
