Does anybody know how to open 1 link and insert CCBill cookie link to another site at the same time?

If the surfer clicks a link I want to open that link to a site but at the same time as he clicks I want to open a link with CCBill code and cookie in it. But I don't want both pages to open just the first one, so with the CCBill link I would like to just insert the cookie and don't open the browser window.

I hope my explanation makes sense.
