I had a friend use his Visa card to open epass account for me, since I only have a mastercard and epass doesnt accept that. Not only was I brave enough to ask him to do that for me, now I need to ask him for all that info, which I did.. but this guy is extremly busy. so I figured until I get that from him.. if he gives that to me, I would take out the money I had, and not use epass until than.. we were given 30 days.
