If you will be holding the camera during POV all of those you mentioned will be quite big and not comfortable to hold and use at all.
Depending on what you're trying to do they also might be "overkill" and more money than you need to spend.

For POV I'd suggest something like the Canon HV 20, Sony HDR SR12, Canon Vixia HF 10, or any of the countless variations of these types.

The VX2100 has been around a long time and has become somewhat obsolete in terms of technology, yet remains quite costly (much like Canon's GL2) despite its age.

The FX1 has been "replaced" by the FX7 which has some nice improvements and costs about the same or even less.

I've never tried the A1U but haven't heard anything too bad (or too great, for that matter) about it.
