I have always been a night owl and quite often stay up until 5-6am. Then about 3 weeks ago I started staying up until 8-9am. This was shit because I was waking up at damn near 3pm everyday and my whole day was shot. So whenever that happens I usually do a 24 hour stint with no sleep so I can get back into a somewhat normal sleep schedule. Only thing this is fucked up is that I got used to going to sleep at 11:00pm and waking up at 6-7am!!! Fuck I was tired everyday and could'nt figure it out since I was getting 8-9 hours of sleep per night.
I talked to my trainer about it and he told me my internal clock was all fucked up and I should get back into my normal night hours.
Well it worked, I don't feel tired at all anymore!
