What's important to you?
What do you look for in a payment processor?
I've heard people say that their rates are too high. I've heard people say that they want customer service above all else and will pay a premium for it.
What are your thoughts? Is a name brand more important than reasonable rates? Do you trust your third party billers with handling your customer service, or would you rather handle it yourself & know it's getting done to your standards?
