Yeah I remember going to London and noticing a bunch with open beer cans chugging it in the tube... thought it was weird at first, but then again you can stroll wherever you want in Wien with the drink you bought at a bar! Gotta love you guys in the UK and EU!
I think it'll be better for everyone in the long run though.
