if his group didn't release it, the next group would have released it the next day, or possible several hours later if it was a popular title. Whooopdeedoo. Also if this guy was part of the real scene, they're the least important at this point. It's never been the "producers" of the warez that's the problem, it's the widespread delivery mechanisms that deliver it to the masses. The real scene people don't touch torrents, newsgroups or any other mass-distribution with a 1000ft pole. It's totally against what they do.
