Weight Loss Tip:

Do not eat anything fried for 30 days. Cut out french fries, potato chips, fried chicken etc. Just try it. Replace the fried food with grilled. Replace fries with ANYTHING else (hey even Wendy's gives you options) and replace chips with baby carrots.

It will have a major impact on your health and your weight in a positive way. Just try it!
