look, the adult web business is tough.

and very difficult if you do not produce your own unique content.

it is not enough just to put a a few pix of a naked gal up and get signups.

that worked somewhat in 1997.

it does not work today when digital cameras are a few hundred dollars, DV video cameras are 500 bucks, and any college kid can pimp his girlfriend to do a POV blowjob for free and create a facial website in 3 hours.

the market is SATURATED. you must go in a different direction.

the surfer signup is more and more content driven. the surfer now wants a more personal, emotional contact for a monthly recurring membership. which means you must get into the surfer's head a little bit...talk to him (her), write motivating copy, understand the demographics of your market.

create unique, high quality content. do not even look at how others do it, otherwise it won't be unique.

and then market it yourself, without affiliates.

constantly test and tweak, appeal to people that can actually buy your product. the surfers with money have broadband---give them high quality big files.

and you will make it in this business, if you pay attention to the market and work hard, and have some natural talent. if you do not have talent then all bets are off.

the signups will increase by 50% as soon as the war nears a successful conclusion.
