I don't "want my script made into a movie". I'm not exactly sure how you tilt your head, but keep some perspective here, this isn't the 50's, and adult (altogether) isn't MGM.
That aside, yes, scripts get optioned, the studios foot the bill for everything. Deal can and often does include a % of the gross.

But, like I said, why not write up a bunch of scripts with good story lines and sell those to people who need them? That alone would create business. The better they like your work the more people they will tell and the more scripts you end up writing. Maybe in the future you get contracts with certain companies because they love your work and want you to be exclusive to them so they will pay you much more.

Your question essentially is, why not make standard one fits all suits, and then if people particularly like them they may well order to measure.
I can make standard one fits all for people who want that, but I am also offering tailored to measure suits for people that would like... you know... fit ?
I'm not even sure how this can be explained any clearer. Maybe this will help : Write five pages about some person you will first meet later tonight. Better yet. Write a CV for same. Does that help ?

The way you're thinking is quick easy money with no BIG expenses. Think realistically and long term.

I don't see how offering people a partnership is quick easy money. To me it'd seem partnerships are long term. But as you say, heck do I know.
As an aside, this thread is quite the window into the reality of how critically undercapitalized most adult "entrepreneurs" are, which tells a story of shrinkage and economic pressure all by itself.
