Also, if you dont have any friends, then none of them can even BE black, mexican, asian, white or whatever....

In order to have one friend each of the following races

1.black
2.hispanic
3.asian

you must have at least 3 friends. If you dont even have 3 friends total then its not possible to have friends of all those three races, if you only have one friend, then it's like throwing the dice, that one friend can be any of those races. Most likely that one friend be someone of your own race.

How can you expect me to have black friends when I don't even have friends of my OWN RACE.
I dont have many friends so dont expect me to have black/mexican/white friends. Its not possible if you only have ONE friend or NO FRIENDS.
