I have a friend in San Diego that got his degree in biology. He got a job at a medical company as a research assistant for $35k. This is fresh out of college, in San Diego, with a biology degree. What's wrong with that?

1. I guess Indiana is slightly more expensive than Iowa.

2. You missed the last sentence of my post where I said I currently make way more than that, right?

3. Great advice.

4. That guy is no doubt on zoloft, paxil, and prozac, j/k. If I think 35k would suck cock in Indiana where the median house is 120k what is 35k where the median house is 360k? Sucky! Unlike me he prolly has student loans instead of loot in the bank. I feel bad for him. I gotta give it to him for hanging in there though. Hopefully he is happy despite his economic situation. It sounds like he deserves it. Go buy him a beer.
