That being said I think $30k for an affiliate manager is insulting as well. Unless its a brand new operation and they have options or big incentive bonuses based on performance. You either have to go with a high starting base and small bonuses or a small base and larger bonuses.  |

your Experience and Results should be your salary/bonuses
starting webmaster job $30-$50k year
starting affiliate managers $70-100k year
