I couldn't agree more. And the banks I deal with don't have issues like epass does + they don't even require all this information to do business and they have excellent customer service.
I am curious what will be the responsibility of epass when a persons personal info is stolen because epass failed to secure the information properly?
I can hear their response now, on second thought I wouldn't count on any response or help when this comes to light, if it ever does
