1) You are not answering the questions at hand.
2) What about accounts which were not started with a credit card, which now have an old card attached which is useless and there are no supporting docs for? Ie: Mastercards which you no longer accept for loads or are canceled or other?
Why?
I for one intentionally uploaded a card I was getting ready to cancel. The same with Paypal. I do not want to load money.
3) You are asking for some information that the American Government and US banks are not even allowed to ask for, by law. Why?
4) Please point us to some other company who is doing this, asking for what you are asking:
