I think regional billing is different than geoip, from my understanding from ccbill reps, who honestly have been great to us.

All I know is that the data we get back from ccbill includes A> the USD price ($9.99 for example) and a sort of text string that has the CDN price as well.

CCBill pays out in USD. So for internal accounting, all I have to record is that we made $9.99 on the sale, and a foreign currency number that has no bearing on what we get paid. If we're getting more than $9.99 for the sale in USD because of currency conversions, then I don't know how we're supposed to know that.

So maybe I'm just missing something, but I don't currently understand whose getting the difference in these situations.
