A number of 'internet based' companies have required some for of documentation.
I know when I set up my account with webair some years back (no longer with them) they needed copies of I.D. and credit card.
I've had plenty of other online companies from paypal, to hosting, to billing processors, loans, and affiliate programs, request any number of these docs. I do not think I've ever had to provide 10....
But I do know I have had to do utility bills, business bank statement, credit card front and back, my I.D., voided checks, etc. before.
While a major annoyance, and
fucking pain in the ass.... when it comes to finances, I would rather be safe then sorry. I can't even think of what docs would constitute 10?!!?
