If you're drunk as fuck, but pass the tests perfectly, the cop will still arrest you. He'll just have a harder time proving you were wasted when it comes time to present evidence in court. It will help even more if you refuse a breathalyzer and a blood test. Depends on where you are, but refusing a breath test can be an automatic conviction... Even if you were sober and just being difficult, oddly enough.
Of course, only stupid fucking jerks drive drunk, and if you do it, may you wrap your car around a pole and bleed out horribly. Thank you.
