When things settled down and sales dropped, they agreed to do a fake lawsuit to bring attention back to the media at hand and boost sales a second time. All as a part of a larger publicity stunt. The settlement they are currently 'talking' about was agreed upon from the start. Each party agreed to a non-disclosure agreement. What they 'settle for now' will be a percentage of the total revenue for the sales of the media. That's what I would do, and that is what is happening. Don't get caught up with a lesser mind and don't think bigger forces aren't at play.
