i got into a lot of trouble in the penitentiaries i served in but no suspensions - i don't remember anybody getting suspended from school, I don't think the school boards I was in believed in them - how is that a punishment for a kid, a suspension is a holiday from school. The only reason I could see for ever suspending a kid is if he's a physical danger to other students and faculty members - or dealing drugs on school property.

ha - every teacher knew that half the kids in their classes were stoned, they knew exactly where it went on, a courtyard that was sunk down into the ground we called 'The Bathtub' - they didn't care at all.
