Expansion and growth are good things - until everything suffers. Then it is time to hire some help or eliminate the biggest liability or least profitable venture. Just remember that each employee can cost you up to 2 hours a day (spying, er, supervising / managing / paperwork) - and a shitload more in taxes if they are direct hire.
