I agree that its part of the sale to start low, however the offers I was referring to are the ones, which do not respond to counter offers. Sure my counter offer is usual alot higher, than what most domain parking guys want to spend on a domain, which they do not intent to develop, but then at least repond back with another lowballing offer, so it can either go to auction or the seller can have a 2nd time to accept the lowballing offer
